PSD License

Territorial Operational Authorization for Private Detectives

 

The PSD License is an annual authorization granted by our organization for qualified professionals to operate under the PSD System within a specific city.

This license is not automatic.
It is granted only to professionals who have completed the training program and successfully passed our internal evaluation process.

 

If you have not yet completed the training program, you can still apply.
The license is activated once the system has been completed and approved.

WHAT IS THE PSD LICENSE?

 

The PSD License authorizes an approved investigator to:

  • operate professionally under the PSD System
  • use the PSD brand within the assigned city
  • have an official local website
  • receive inquiries and leads according to territory
  • deliver services under operational standards
  • build and manage a local team (hiring is allowed)
  • operate independently under an authorized framework

Each city is assigned to one primary license holder.

WHO CAN APPLY?

 

The PSD License is available exclusively to professionals who:

  • have completed the training program
  • hold an active PSD credential
  • meet internal evaluation criteria
  • accept the PSD License agreement
  • demonstrate operational capacity in their city

The organization reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

PRICING STRUCTURE

PSD License (per city)
$500 per year

Technology & Official Website Infrastructure
$50 per month

Maintaining both the license and the technology plan is required to retain territorial exclusivity and public presence within the system.

OFFICIAL LOCAL WEBSITE (CENTRALLY MANAGED)

Each licensed operator receives an official local website with:

  • professional website structure
  • contact forms and lead capture
  • directory visibility (active license holders only)
  • technical support
  • ongoing maintenance

All websites are centrally managed to protect brand standards, operational consistency, and lead integrity.

HOW THE LICENSE IS GRANTED

  1. Formal application
  2. Internal evaluation
  3. City assignment (subject to availability)
  4. Agreement signing
  5. License activation
  6. Website implementation
  7. Operational launch

The PSD License is granted only after completion of this process.

TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIVITY

Each city has one primary authorized operator.

Exclusivity remains active as long as:

  • the annual license is renewed
  • operational standards are maintained
  • the technology plan remains active

Non-renewal or non-compliance may result in territory release.

LOCAL OPERATIONS & TEAM BUILDING

The primary license holder may:

  • operate within the assigned city
  • hire investigators and build a local team
  • subcontract support services as needed
  • manage daily operations independently

All operations must align with PSD System standards and brand guidelines.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The PSD License is a private, organizational operational authorization within the PSD System.
It is not a government license, a state-issued credential, or an official public accreditation.
