Refund Policy
- Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not apply to products, services, evaluations, academy programs, books, credentials, accreditation, licensing, and related payments made to Agentes Privados Moch Inc.

- General Refund Principle
Agentes Privados Moch Inc. provides services, evaluations, training, books, digital materials, credentials, and professional development resources that often require administrative work, review, preparation, access, or immediate allocation of resources.
For that reason, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or an evaluation process has begun.
Refunds may be considered only when expressly required by applicable law, stated in writing, or approved by Agentes Privados Moch Inc. at its sole discretion.
- Service Evaluation Fees
Fees paid for service evaluation, case review, preliminary analysis, consultation, feasibility review, or administrative processing are generally non-refundable once the review process has started.
A service evaluation fee does not guarantee acceptance of a case. It covers the review of the request, available information, operational feasibility, legal conditions, and possible service pathway.
- Private Investigation Services
Payments made for private investigation services may be non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- The case has been accepted.
- Work has started.
- Planning has begun.
- Resources have been assigned.
- Personnel or collaborators have been scheduled.
- Fieldwork has been initiated.
- Reports, analysis, or documentation have been prepared.
- The client has received information, updates, or partial work product.
Private investigation services do not guarantee a specific result. They involve lawful information gathering, verification, documentation, observation, and analysis according to the scope agreed with the client.
- Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.
This may include:
- PDF books.
- Manuals.
- Templates.
- Digital guides.
- Downloadable documents.
- Training materials.
- Videos.
- Private documents.
- Digital credentials.
- Digital certificates.
Because digital products can be copied, downloaded, accessed, or used immediately, refunds are not normally available after delivery.
- Courses and Academy Programs
Course and academy payments may be non-refundable once:
- Enrollment has been processed.
- Moodle access has been granted.
- Course materials have been accessed.
- Videos, documents, or modules have been opened.
- Certificates, diplomas, or credentials have been prepared.
- Administrative processing has started.
If a refund exception is approved before access is granted, administrative or processing fees may be deducted.
- Books and Physical Products
Refunds for physical books or products depend on the sales channel.
If the product was purchased through a third-party platform such as Amazon, the refund and return policy of that platform applies.
If the product was purchased directly through Agentes Privados Moch Inc., refunds may be evaluated according to product condition, delivery status, shipping costs, and applicable law.
Shipping, handling, payment processing fees, and delivery costs may be non-refundable.
- Credentials, Accreditation and Licensing
Payments related to credentials, accreditation, renewals, applications, reviews, or DSP / PSD licensing processes are generally non-refundable once the review, preparation, issuance, or administrative process has started.
Agentes Privados Moch Inc. may deny, suspend, revoke, or decline renewal of credentials, accreditation, or licenses in cases of false information, misuse, unauthorized brand use, unethical conduct, or violation of policies. Such denial, suspension, revocation, or non-renewal does not automatically create a right to refund.
- Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, the client should contact Agentes Privados Moch Inc. through the official Contact page.
Duplicate payments may be reviewed and, if confirmed, may be refunded or credited, excluding any non-refundable processor fees where applicable.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, the client should contact Agentes Privados Moch Inc. to request review of the payment.
Abusive, fraudulent, or improper chargebacks may result in suspension of access to courses, digital products, credentials, services, or licensing privileges.
- Non-Refundable Items

- Consultation fees.
- Private investigation services already started.
- Digital products after access or delivery.
- Downloadable materials.
- Courses after access has been granted.
- Moodle access after activation.
- Credentials after processing has started.
- Accreditation or licensing application fees.
- Renewal fees after processing.
- Administrative processing fees.
- Payment processor fees.
- Shipping and handling costs.
